Privacy policy for our games

1. Who is responsible?

Produsky Corp is the data controller for the website studio.produsky.fr. For the games, it does not collect any personal data (see below).

2. The principle

Our games do not collect, receive or transmit any personal data. They have no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, and do not connect to the Internet. What the game saves stays on your device.

3. Bidlings

What the game saves on your device

Bidlings saves only what it needs to work:

• your progress: the run in progress, your profile (level, unlocks, achievements, records, run history) and the tutorial status;
• your settings: music and sound-effect volume, vibration, language, reduced motion, and whether the map legend is shown.

This data is stored in the app's private storage on your device. It contains no name, email address, advertising ID, device ID, location, photo or contact. It is never sent to Produsky Corp or to any third party.

Progress files are encrypted (AES-256) and protected against tampering, to avoid corrupted or altered files. This encryption is not a privacy measure: these files contain no personal data. The settings file is a plain text file.

What the game does not do

• No network connection: the app does not request permission to access the Internet and works entirely offline.
• No account and no connection to any third-party service.
• No ads.
• No in-app purchases.
• No audience analytics, no crash reporting, no tracking tools.
• No data sold, transferred or shared.

Android permission

Bidlings requests a single permission: vibration (VIBRATE), for the game's haptic feedback. You can turn it off in the game's settings. The game requests no access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or shared storage.

Deleting your data

Uninstall the game, or clear its data in Android settings (Apps, Bidlings, Storage, Clear data). Your progress and settings are then removed from your device. We hold no copy of them.

4. Google Play

If you install Bidlings from Google Play, Google is the distributor of the app. Google then processes some of your data for its own purposes (Google account, downloads, updates, store statistics) under its own policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Produsky Corp is not responsible for that processing.

5. Children

Bidlings is intended for players aged 13 and over. Since the game collects no personal data, it collects none from minors either.

6. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port the personal data concerning you. For the games, Produsky Corp holds no such data. For the website, you can exercise these rights by writing to contact@produsky.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés): www.cnil.fr.

7. The website studio.produsky.fr

This website sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and loads no third-party service in your browser.

The website's server keeps a technical log of the pages requested (IP address, date and time, page requested) for 14 days at most. This log is used only for security and for the proper functioning of the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and is then deleted. The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (see the legal notice).

If you write to us, your email address and your message are used only to reply to you. They are neither sold nor transferred.

8. Changes

We will update this policy before any change that affects your data, in particular before adding ads, in-app purchases, Google Play Games (or a similar service) or any data collection. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
